What’s for Dinner???

This is a question a lot of us ask.  Week after week planning meals for a family can be overwhelming and a bit stressful.  An easy solution…Each Saturday have everyone sit down and each person (children included) pick out a day of the week and meal they would like.  Keep a running grocery list of what needs to be purchased so you can make one easy trip to the grocery store.

 

Keep these simple rules in mind: a different menu every night and each must have a vegetable.
