I don’t have enough cupboards, in my kitchen!

The first question we need to ask ourselves is:  How many cupboards is enough?  If you live in a studio apartment, you will probably have 2 cupboards.  If you live in a 2000 square foot home, you probably have 26 cupboards.  You both will cook meals in your space.

My answer is that you need to live within your space.  If you have a little space, you will only be able to have one or two pots and pans,  In a large kitchen, you will be able to have a whole set of pots and pans.  The same theory works for dishes and casserole dishes.  Small appliances have a purpose, in the kitchen, for convenience, but only if you have the room to spare.  So pare down what lives in your cupboards and you will have enough room for the essentials.
