Layers of Life

PathWhat a gorgeous day to walk along the Wabash Trace. The old railroad bed near my home is so peaceful early in the morning. Each day along the trail is different in some way because of the Layers of Life. Every falling leaf becomes part of the wooded area with life that is dependent upon that very leaf that drifts to the earth.

Some homes have complex Layers of Life with reminders and mementos of generations past such as keepsakes and photos that evoke memories of past generations. Add the belongings of possibly two or more current generations and that’s a house full of stuff! Layers of Life can be a challenge to sort through, but it is not impossible. Going through the layers can help a person or family¬†transition to new occasions and opportunities.

Professional organizers are trained in helping overwhelmed people make decisions about Layers of Life. Think about what you would do with fewer layers in your life. What difference would it make in your life?
